BSD DISTRICT TECHNOLOGY PLAN – 5 - 6 pm, Jan. 14 (before PTO meeting), we'll be meeting with District Officials, Paul Irish and Amy Truchon, at Champlain Elementary to learn more about the District Technology plan. It's our opportunity to learn about what's in store for the technology education of our kids not only now, but as they move into middle and high school. Please join us in the Learning Center (or just nearby, see signage) at 5:00 this Wednesday, 14 January 2009 between 5:00 and 6:00 before the January PTO meeting. BURLINGTON SCHOOL BUDGET MEETINGS - The Burlington School Board will be meeting on Tuesday, January 13th at BHS starting at 7 p.m. At this meeting, the School Board, after holding two public hearings on the school budget, will be making its final decisions regarding next year's school budget amount and what it will provide.
The Board will also consider a Schools' Safety and Critical Needs Infrastructure Bond.

- scan teachers’ classroom letters that are sent home for on-line access
- volunteers to staff computer lab

- Front Porch Forum volunteer to represent Champlain (as appropriate) on that venue
