​ALICE IN WONDERLAND! ONE WEEK 'TIL SHOW TIME!
We can use all the help you can offer. See below for specific days and times.

SETS :
FRIDAY 2/6 afternoon LOAD IN :
TWO shifts to move props  / sets from Very Merry to CES. Meet at Very Merry at 20 Allen St at 2:30 OR 5:00 . Extra hands and anyone with a pick up truck or SUV would be helpful!

SATURDAY 2/7 10-3  - SETS, PROPS, COSTUMES at CES GYM
Bring your hammer, drill and painting clothes! We will be making sets and props!
Bring any costume pieces you have for your actor. A brown paper bag with their name on it makes a great storage container. See you email for "base colors" for each part. Email Britney.Hallock@gmail.com if you need assistance getting any items.

DRESS REHEARSALS:

FULL CAST, FULL TIME FOR EVERY DRESS REHEARSAL.  
All Dress Rehearsals in the Champlain Elementary GYM
• We need all the parent help we can get for EVERY dress rehearsal... 60+ kids! WOOHOO!  

SUNDAY 2/8, 11am-3pm
• Bring lunch, snack, and water bottles. Bring costume items if you have them. See email for base layer colors by part. A brown paper bag with your child’s name makes a good storage container for costume pieces.  If you need help with costume base layers, contact Britney.hallock@gmail.com

• Donations of  extra snacks/ juice boxes for kids that would be very helpful to make sure everyone has the sustenance they need to get through a long rehearsal.  

MONDAY, 2/9 - FULL CAST, 2:50-5:30 - Parent help needed!
BRING COSTUME BASE COLORS

WEDNESDAY, 2/11 FULL CAST, 1:50-4:30 - Parent help needed!
Make- up and hair help needed! Britney has a kit. If you want your child to use their own makeup, please send it in a bag with their name on it.

PERFORMANCES
• Friday, February 13th - IN SCHOOL SHOW 9:30am. Students should go to their classrooms and check in with teachers, then meet in the gym to get ready.
Full Costumes. Light makeup.

• EVENING SHOW Friday, February 13th at 6:30pm-CALL TIME TBA.

Open to the public!
Full Costumes. Full Make- up and hair- help needed!

STRIKE! Everyone helps to strike the show at the end. We will need vehicles to load out sets, costumes, props back to Very Merry and additional help cleaning up the gym.
